10 Billion Solutions Marks Its 5th Anniversary by Expanding Services
2025 is shaping up to be a year of political, economic, social, climate, and technological disruption. The speed and unpredictability of changes will test the resilience of democracies, institutions and businesses alike. In this context, responsible and transparent communication about the access and management of resources — such as energy, housing, water, and food — and means of production becomes an essential tool for strengthening trust and fostering leadership.
According to recent surveys, public trust in institutions is falling. For the Edelman Trust Barometer 2024, an institution is trusted when more than 60% of respondents say they trust it. According to the latest survey, only businesses pass the trust threshold (63%), followed by NGOs (59%), while governments (51%) and the media (50%) follow far behind.
Business and non-state organisations now emerge as key actors in addressing global challenges, with the potential to lead solutions that transform uncertainty into opportunities for all.
Better communication to build trust
Raising to these challenges, 10 Billion Solutions, an international agency with offices in Spain and France, is expanding its range of services in climate and sustainability communication. The agency, which marks its fifth anniversary this year, is championing communication and training as strategic tools not only to solve problems but also to create new opportunities for leadership and trust.
As described on the agency's new website, 10 Billion Solutions’ expanded service offering includes the design of communication strategies and multimedia content production, as well as the conceptualization and comprehensive coverage of events. Additionally, its Academy provides training in moderation, public speaking, media interviews and tailor-made courses for groups and individuals; while its new micro-consulting service allows organizations to address specific challenges quickly and efficiently. These solutions are designed to help businesses and organizations showcase their positive impact and lead in a constantly changing world.
In nearly five years of operation, 10 Billion Solutions has worked with top-tier clients such as Iberdrola, Allianz, ISO, the United Nations, and the European Union. Its communication projects span key sectors such as energy, finance, construction, and mobility, standing out for its ability to manage both ambitious initiatives at the international level and concrete projects at the local and national levels.
Statements from Mariana Castaño Cano, Founder and CEO:
“Addressing the climate and sustainability challenge is our best opportunity to protect and improve the lives of all people. At 10 Billion Solutions, our commitment is to help the organizations and companies we work with seize that opportunity to enhance their positive impact while building resilience in an unpredictable world.”
“After five years of helping organizations communicate clearly and effectively about climate and sustainability, we have expanded our service offering because we recognize the need to democratize sustainability and strengthen trust in institutions, both governments and businesses. At 10 Billion Solutions, we are strengthening our capabilities to collaborate with more clients and partners, helping them communicate what they are doing and why they are doing it. This allows them to reach more people, build trust, and inspire others to align with sustainability goals and take advantage of the new opportunities in today’s rapidly changing world.”
