Madrid, 28 October 2024 - Global Mobility Call reaffirms once again its international vocation with an increase in participation from various countries, which allows the challenge of developing sustainable mobility to be addressed globally through world-class leaders, companies and organisations.
For its third edition from 19 to 21 November, the event organised by IFEMA MADRID and Smobhub will feature over 450 speakers, many of them international, who will participate in the 115 round tables and keynotes, and nearly a hundred companies, corporations and startups from different countries. The presence of world leaders, senior institutional representatives, business executives, experts and entrepreneurs will provide solutions to define the future of mobility, creating alliances, public-private collaboration, dialogue, networking and innovation.
International organisations and prominent mobility leaders
In this edition, GMC counts with the participation of international organisations of global relevance such as WWF, UN-Global Compact, UN-Habitat, PIARC, C40, Slocat, GIZ, International Energy Federation, among others, which strengthens their collaboration.

Cities of the world: mobility planning
A new feature of the third edition of Global Mobility Call is the important presence of representatives from numerous cities around the world who will share their progress in mobility, urban planning and investment.
Thus, cities such as Stuttgart, Copenhagen, Brussels, Bologna, Milan, Krakow, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo, Bordeaux, Budapest, Chicago, Boston, Cincinnati, Aurora, Portland, Krakow, Istanbul, Guimaraes, Barcelos, Crete, Athens, Valdivia (Chile), Hermosillo (Mexico), Montería (Colombia), as well as others from Costa Rica, the United Kingdom and Ireland, will be represented at the largest sustainable mobility event held from 19 to 21 November at IFEMA MADRID.
Organised by IFEMA MADRID and Smobhub, with the sponsorship and support of the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility, Global Mobility Call was born in 2022 as a strategic event to position Spain as the international hub for sustainable mobility, in a decisive context of post-pandemic recovery and in an environment of business development and investment opportunities fostered by the Next Generation EU funds, the biggest stimulus ever seen in Europe, as well as the European Green Deal, the roadmap to make Europe the first carbon neutral continent by 2050. With a global vision, GMC will bring together in its third edition from 19-21 November 2024 at the Madrid Exhibition Centre leaders from all sectors involved to share their vision for the development of sustainable mobility policies and business initiatives.
